Lit Box Not updating

Hi Guys

I desperately need help with my Lit Box Please. In fact, I have 2 of them. The one in the TV is absolutely fault-less and I love it, but the one in my room is not updating. It says there is no update available and is still on v7. Streaming works perfectly fine and it is connected to a 100Mbps FTTH, but to no avail.

Can I force update it, or what do I do?

Guys, I have contact the guys from Nology. They forced an OTA update to my LitBox and everything is working again, Netflix, Showmax, DSTVnow everything. These guys at Nology are AWESOME!! Thank you @Nology !!!!!

@Nology did the same for me almost a year ago when I mentioned my launch unit also being stuck.

Since then it's been nothing but awesome.
