LIT Video over mobile hotspot

Hi, So I recently asked about using a VPN for LIT Video and it won't work, understandably.
I need to know if I use my iPhone as a mobile hotspot to an iPad or laptop and i stream youtube or Netflix (at 360p) will it still be recognised as "LIT data" or not?

I hotspot sometimes, and watch youtube I'm sure if it works but it normally defaults to 360p every time.

I have given up trying to figure this out. If I go on a Youtube binge using iPhone as hotspot on FreeMe package it seems to use my LIT music bundle allocation.

Yes it will work fine. Once you buy a lit bundle or freeme bundle data usage to those urls are speed capped. They will work fine. You can even download with them like on the explora or youtube 1080p videos can be downloaded but because it's speed capped it will take a while to load.
