Yeh, me too. Ta for that.
Winpatrol is freeware and that nippy little dog tells you very quickly when a website or programme is trying to add stuff that you don't want and gives you an option to disallow it.

Where do you find that in Vista?

Same place. You might not have Run as an option in your start panel, so type cmd into search and hit enter. Then type msconfig and go to the Startup tab.

Or just use Windows Defender like someone said.
