Live Face Recognition step hanging

Hi there,
I seem to be stuck on this very page for a number of days now.
I am unsure if this can be resolved or if someone can assist me.
Anyone with similar issues interested in sharing any solutions regarding this?
Will be much appreciated.

Rain is aware of the issue for many moons now but it is clearly not a priority for them to address it as they feel that simply treating the symptoms thereof is a completely acceptable approach and solution.

You have tried https://erica.rain.co.za but have you tried https://emilda.rain.co.za also?

I am currently at my wits end. It baffles me that a number of us, having issues that mirror each other, does not seem to alert them. Does the image of their brand not concern them? If anything new sales will decline that's for sure.
To think:unsure: their radio and TV marketing was so so attractive only to have a bitter experience with them..kinda reminds me of an ex.:cautious:

Hi. I have recently bought a rain sim card recommended to me by a friend. Nut I must say I am really disappointed with rain as I have been stuck on this "live face recognition" step and I tried calling them but they kept hanging the phone on me!!!
