Live Video Streaming

For the last few days, I have been very eager to watch the Pipe Pro contest over the internet.
With my Telkom Account, I get "stream not found" but with my Web Africa account its working perfectly.

Why exactly is this happening?, as I dont want to use my WA account to stream videos/ do anything else except gaming (WA is my gaming account).
