With the LLU drawing closer. Does anyone think the LLU is going to happen come November 2011 and if so what do you think the outcome will be?

It might happen by end November but then it will be in the form of Bitstream.

TBH I don't think they have enough time to even draft the legislation/guidelines required for full LLU by end November.
