Hey Guys

Im thinking of a solution for a client of ours which might have to involve on of these load balancing routers. Has any1 had experience with these? Can you setup two DNS's for both external IP address's? How efficiently does it adjust the traffic and does it cause any latency?
This is for incoming and outgoing connections to a Terminal Server.

Any information would be great, tx in advance.

are to hosting a TS and having people connecting from the outside or do you need more bandwidth out to the net?

I have used a Dlink load balancing router and it sucks! Very unstable. I am now using Pfsense which is a brilliant program. http://www.pfsense.com/

I am currently load balancing 3 adsl lines, as well as routing individuel services on an uncapped line. It is very versitile. I would think that each line you use has it's own router/modem that controls the DYDNS and route the data to your servers using pfsense.

Thats my two cents.

exactly - bandwidth going out is equally as important as bandwidth coming in though.

sorry i did not explain myself correctly. is the connection being initiated from outside the network or inside?
