load shedding emails

hi guys,

thought to ask something constructive,

any way to get emails on specific sites/zones that are currently being loadshed?

so I could for example load our notification group, to recive emails on when a specific site is down due to eishkom and its antics?

I mean one has load shedding notifier, and thats okay for 1 person but for many people, whats the best way of sending alerts out.
