Does anyone know what the likelyhood of Load Shedding is for 2014 seeing that the new coal powered generating power station is yet to come online?

The only thing this government runs properly is everything into the ground so yes there will be loadshedding but they will deny most of it and blame cable theft and sabotage seeing as they never admit to their incompantencies.
