Our power in Illovo JHB went out at 10 am today. Is this load shedding? Or just a "normal" outage?

When it happens to me I hope it's load shedding. Outages normally last a day or 2

Power came back no damage to equipment but do have a sinetamer and loads of UPSs.

I phoned citypower and gave up holding on after 20 minutes.
