Hi,

Apologies for posting here, but this section moves quicker than the 'contract' section and I thought maybe the Voda guru's would know offhand ;)

I took a 24 month TopUp contract and I'm currently on month 18. I've realised for the past 6 months I've had to recharge this with roughly R200pm anyway and would much rather upgrade to a Talk 240 now.

Would Vodacom let me sign a 24 month Tak 240 contract, but load my remaining 6 months to it - effectivly signing a 30 month contract?

I *could* actually wait and just load the additional R200 airtime per month, but I'd rather take the above option if possible.

Thanks,

why dont u just upgrade your contract ? im sure that can be done at anytime

You 4 months aways from being due a normal upgrade and being eligible for a new handset.

If you do decide to upgrade to a higher contract immediately, be sure you do not lose you handset upgrade, or that you are at least offered a new handset as well.

That's what I wanted ;) A handset now ...

Migrating doesn't do that so I thought I could sign a new contract. *sigh* Seems I may need to wait ...
