I got my mom a new CellC data bundle (2gb every 30 days) for her iPad. But bless my parents, between my mom and dad they finished their 2gb allocation in a week and now stranded 
Generally when I go visit them (we not in the same town) I would load data for them, but wont be going through for a couple of weeks. So my question is this. Can I load data from where I am, even if I dont have the iPad or sim at hand somehow?
