The download server is hosted over SAIX so no problem there.

There isn't much available at the moment, though it seems like it's still in it's rudimentary stages. Hope everything goes well.

Here's a suggestion for the anime. Judging from the watching climate of the local anime forums, most people tend to watch ongoing/recent anime. On the file server at gamanga, there are old anime that most people have already watched, save for Naruto Shippuden, hence a proposition to whoever is making the anime available to try and put up more recent anime like Casherins Sins, Hajime no Ippo, Shikabane Hime, etc.

Also, if it's exposure you want, you may want to consider advertising your site on the local forums. PCFormat, Prophecy, AnimeWorx, Otakumag, etc.
