Local Anti Virus

Does anyone know where i can download local anti virus, spyware applications. I am curently caped for international bandwith and require protection.

Tucows used to be rather useful - it's biggest miror (rather ironically) was hosted by IS. However, now IS only seems to get weekly updates.
