I have been a fellow user of the adsl community for many years now but i have never tried to surf local or even download local. I never use my local limit.
Why? Becuase like I imagine, most people out there, i dont know how.
I tried checking a few previous posts on the forumns but no help there.
Most people are keeping it a secret, yes i know becuase 'THEY' might eventually screw us out of the local aswell.
Can someone give me tips on where and how to use my local, where can i download from, torrents, etc.
Please some help will be appreciated.
