I don't think this is the right place for it, but it's the closest to relevant as I can find.
I have a client who is sending out a newsletter to their corporate database (customers and stakeholders - not spam). I have them using MailChimp at the moment, but their database has grown too big for the free option and in order to pay (strict accounts dept), they need somewhere they can have a local account and upfront invoices, etc, not just credit card payments, and they would prefer someone local.
I've come across http://www.bulkmail.co.za/ from doing a search. Does anyone have any experience with them, or are there any better places to try?
