What is the best local only cap account available vs price?

SAIX or IS doesn't bother me.

IS without doubt (price/gig) but not good for news servers. Saix is better for that option. Check out pricing from Webafrica and Axxess for both.

Average is ~R130 for 30GB (IS) and something like R10GB for SAIX.
