Local cap

Well if you don't mind using torrents you are welcome to come join us, this whole local cap being useless thing is the whole reason why the site was setup in the first place.
All we ask is that you maintain a share ratio of 0.5 :)

btw, if i may give you a tip, curb that double posting habit hey. it wastes bandwidth and processor cycles, granted it's only a few byte and even silly that we're so stingy with our bytes, but it's a pretty big issue on the private communities you seem to be getting into

Thank you for your easily understood and followed instruction to become a news server user. Cannot belive there are forumites who actually want to (and can) assist noobs/regular South African ADSL users. Peace man.
