The Nokia developers forum is available on local bw because it is hosted on Akamai servers. However, the SDKs like this one is not, anyone now of a local server hosting the SDKs?

I had the same problem when I wanted to update my phone's firmwire on local only. I don't think there is a way to update without using http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/4a7149a5-95a5-4726-913a-3c6f21eb65a5/S60-SDK-0616-3.0-mr.3.749.zip.html
