Local DP

Hi there


My installation date was last week I phoned telkom in the late afternoon and someone came out but it was contactors to telkom.My line got installaled in the house but they said the cannot get to the local DP ( The pole ).It was possible to get to the box on the pole.Is there a number I can phone for these guys to come and finish the job.

If it's an ADSL line phone 0800 375 375
If it's a normal telephone line phone 1023 and ask the number for telkom new services.

Exact same happened to me. I eventually got thru (after 2 days) and was told that I am now on another waiting list to have the DP (?) connected and my installation date for that is the 6th of April. Incredible!!!
