You guys are jumping the gun. District results are extremely unreliable in the beginning because they are based on incomplete numbers. Only a minority of the wards in those districts have been counted.

e.g. If the DA wins 3 wards in the district, but the other 20 haven't released results yet, the entire district shows up as blue on that map. Same goes for municipalities.

City of Tshwane has some results in, 52 ANC votes of 66 votes counted in a voting station with 96 registered voters in Ward 105.

Those aren't official district results. I think the map updates automatically as they punch new numbers in. It's statistics. It gets more accurate over time the more data points you collect.
