Local is lekker

Remember the time when Telkom claimed that they are not capping the local traffic to encourage the local industry?

"Local is lekker!"

When local capping kicks in, Telkom will be kicking "Local is lekker" in the teeth!

That was the one thing that I thought would come out of this cap that might make it all worthwhile.
