Darn, Damn Americans does not see BW problems in other countries.
They alway develop these new games with all these nice features which we cannot use.
The other problem we have is not just the 400ms latency but we will play with international cap.

Has there been any update on local servers for MW2? Something I may have missed?

Yeah. MW2 will only support a max of 9v9 players.
