Greetings and salutations to all!

I would like to know if there are any local Nzb search engines in SA....my cap is finished and im stuck..hehe

thanks

I think BF has close to all of what NH has, isn't it?

Never mind... BF only has about 15% of the NZB's that NH has :o

Why do you have to be invited into south african news groups??? There's nothing special or top secret there..It doesnt make sense when there are international websites like nzbmatrix which has everything and its free...so sad!!!

So go buy a 1GB prepaid account and use it exclusively on nzbmatrix, I don't see the point in moaning if you're too scared to spend R70. The local sites are a free service (and since the local bandwidth costs involved in hosting these sites are exorbitant), I think that the owners are free to run it as they see fit. I don't see anybody telling you how to run a site that you pay for ;)

Yes there is nothing different between the two, but it allows members (and people they choose to invite) the ability to download the nzbs locally if they're capped. And it provides them with an indication of which files are cached or not. Those are the terms, if you don't like it then you're out of luck :)

I see ur point and I do have a 1gig prepaid..hehe. I was just searching for South African sites to see if there are any available!! Our country is growing; let’s just pray that the bandwidth drought will come to an end, sooon...

May the force be Strong...

If you use a traffic splitting solution like Routesentry or the Linksys script, you can use international nzb search engines to download the nzbs and use them on local news servers. You will still benefit from the cheap/free local bandwidth and still get faster speeds on recent/popular items.
