Local Only Account for CCTV (DVR) Camera's

If I use a local only(Openweb) account for a DVR Server (CCTV), can I use a Vodacom/MTN 3G account to connect to the DVR Server, or will I only be able to connect to the the DVR Server using another openweb (Local Only) account on the Remote site?

yes, as long as you are logging onto the 3G network within South Africa. Any traffic originating on any data network in South Africa will reach the local only account.
