Local patch site for wow ?

Hi there I played wow for a year once but left it for a break now I want to get back to playing but I know there has been loads of patches since the question is this , is there a local site where I can download the patches from so I can get em at work and install em on home pc .

Best to say what area you live in and maybe someone can put them on a CD for you.
