Local Search engines that work

quite recently when wanting to search "solidare radio" heard from word and mouth , tried to search for it at aardvark, but aardvark is no longer working or accessible on capped bandwidth. Please I would appreciate it if you could tell me a useful search engine that works on local bandwidth.

It searches ZA only, so I presume it is hosted locally too.

Hmm doesnt seem to find 'solidare, solidair or even solid air" possible words for the online radio station.
