Local server vs International

This may sound stupid. But does it take less cap if you play online games on a local server rather than an international 1?

it should use the same amount of cap. but your latency will be worse.
its also cheaper (if you use Route Sentry to split to accounts) with local bandwidth.

yea if i got it right roue sentry is where u use 2 adsl acounts, 1 for local only bandwith and the other just for international

Sooo,you have to have 2 adsl accounts? and use that to split them? wouldn't you be paying double for the two accounts?
