Local servers for Windows Service Pack patch downloads

Is there any? I know uunet was hosting this here for Vista SP1: ftp://ftp.uunet.co.za/pub/incoming/melkhom/Windows6.0-KB936330-X86-wave0.exe . But the site keeps asking for a user/pw??

What I need is downloads so I could install the SP on 4 of my home-office machines.
Windows XP SP3
Windows Vista SP1

I can send you the service pack... and all the updates after SP3 on a DVD if you want.

Microsoft updates use local bandwidth anyway don't they? It shouldn't be that bad to just actually download what each computer needs.

Other than that the service packs are on newshost, if you have an account there. If you don't know what it is you obviously don't have an account and sign-ups are closed.
