Local SMTP problems

Anyone experiencing problems with local SMTP? Especially with iafrica and mweb?

International SMTP ip addresses are being accepted, but local (and dynamic) ip addresses are being rejected (without an error message).

Is this related to the mweb problems? Can anyone confirm?

Had the same promblem. I have a webafrica account and pushing my mail through saix. Looks like it is fine now.

Having timeout problems on pop3.iafrica.com, Mweb really is useless...

I don't have an MWEB or IAfrica account, their SMTP servers are simply not accepting mail from mine. It connects and then simply closes without any data being sent. Neither of their servers returns an error describing why the data is being rejected.

This only started happening yesterday, everything was working fine before.
