local speed so slow

getting like 9k/s from local ftp where i usually d/l at 58k /s.

any ideas??

now it's 17k /s

now it's 30k /s

and i found out that my primary account(telkom) is still gives 58k /s

and my second account(ataris) which is capped is causing this.

i think i must satisfy @ 30k /s []
