Local Speeds?

Please check you lines to see if your local is what it should be. Mine is down 13kB/s the whole day on both IS and SAIX accounts.

I have reset router 3 times and it stays the same!

Yip a bit slow...but picking up now towards evening...up to 25kb/s ... couldnt almost swear it throttled.... wont go any higher.......

my 192 is now throttled to 20 KB/s it was 33 KB/s yesterday. Quite a week this. I went from uncapped 33 kb/s to a hardcapped 20 kb/s connection for the same price.
