Local Uncapped?

The company I work for needs to do a weekly back-up of our servers to a local, off-site, location. Who's the best ISP to go with if I need either a) uncapped local or b) 40GB+ of local traffic?

Preferably on a 4Mbps account.

Thanks for the response. I'm just wondering if local accounts only wouldn't be cheaper so it'll only be used for local backup.

Well the cheapest 30gb account i have seen is 130 bucks. So ya buy 2 30gb local only accounts and that should sort you out as well.
