guys i know this may sound really dumb but waht do they mean by this? :D

All sites that are locally hosted in South Africa which are on servers inside South Africa is "local", this does not mean all .co.za sites, because some could be located in America or Elsewhere, which counts as "international".

With regards to Telkom and other ISP's, you local traffic or data is traffic which is used for these "local" stored sites, like this site.

With Telkom, you first use your bandwidth that you buy, 1Gb, 2Gb or 3Gb and then your local usage starts counting. If you use your 1GB etc. then you will only be able to access local sites ;)

thanx but im using the 2gb, so that intitles me to 20gb free local browsing! so how do i know when it is local?
