Local Usage??

Hey, I'm a bit confused.

We got Telkom ADSL a month ago with 1gig cap.
With that we got a 10gig free local cap.
I've been downloading from local sites for a while and I monitored the usage on the Telkom site, there does'nt seem do be any changes to our local usage...

We phoned the Support Line, they told us that you must first use your 1gig cap and then the Local usage will take over. That does'nt make real sense to me.

If anybody can please explame this to me, it will be very helpfull.

Hi Jonathan

Your CAP isn't split between local and international usage - it's something that most people would like but basically how it works is:

You use your 1GB cap and after that you'll get 10gig of local access.
