Local VPS that doesn't require me to register a domain?

Hi guys,

As per title, where can I get the cheapest local VPS solution that doesn't require that I have a domain or want me to register one on sign up?

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like vps.co.za doesn't need domain registration and they have 50% discount coupon - are they any good?

I went and bought a budget vps from these guys at vps.co.za, so far I am quite impressed. Set up was instant and control panel is nicely laid out and give the ability to change OS on the fly basically. Will see what uptime and speed is like over the next couple of days.
