Location of Cell Tower

Is there by any chance a database / website of all the cell tower locations in South Africa. I am setting up a directional antenna in a remote location and it would be useful to know exactly where the nearest tower is (from the intermittent signal I can get I think it is Vodacom).

The location is:

Latitude: 27°19'45.15"S
Longitude: 32°44'58.81"E

So I would like to know where the nearest tower to this location is (and whether it is Vodacom or MTN).

Also, is it true that to use 3G you need to be within 8km of the tower (no matter what antenna you use).
