Lockdown rules South Africans break most often

The fine is an admission of guilt for a less serious offence without having to appear in court, preventing an overload of the court system.
South Africans are duty bound to bury the courts by not accepting these admission of guilt fines until the courts start pushing back against these absurd lockdown regulations.

honestly I think at this point people are not following any rules, just doing as they please.
look at the kombi drivers and how they do whatever they like with no repercussions.

And, who are the biggest criminals that pay no fines, face no judgement, serve no jail sentences and and never see justice served.

Start with the ANC...and end with them.

Fly you fools!

Clearly they love policing these regulations.

Normal criminal law policing, not so much, it must be too much like work.

Western Cape is very law abiding, or we just do not get caught :D

Sometimes the due process is not properly followed and sometimes people pay pressures to pay the fine and don’t realise they are going to get a record and will affect their rights.

Due process? Like the Guptas? Zumas? Cyrils little massacre on the hill?
Rights? Really? For leaving home? Walking on a beach? Earning a living?
