Hi,

Is anyone else having a problem logging into their account (Customer Zone)?

I keep getting a "username and password don't match or you don't have an account" message each time I try to log in. :confused:
 
Same for my neighbour. The technical help does not answer, despite holding for over 60 mins. No response to emails either. So she has stopped her debit order from the end of this month

I tried now, it works for me.
