Logging Media centre IR remote keys/codes

I want to map the remote keys for the XBMC but cant find any utility to see what the key code or description is comming from the remote to the reciever.

Where can I find a utility to log the keys that I press on the Ir remote.


I have a Videomate K100 MCE remote
