logic board for ext drive

so a 2.5" drive got connected to 12V power supply instead of 5V.
needless to say, a diode or something burnt out on the logic board.

is there any place in the country that one can source a replacement logic board for the drive.

its a toshiba 250GB drive (MK2555GSX)

Southbit explains the limitations of board swapping on modern drives and explains how the Transient Voltage Suppressor diode(s) can be disconnected. My (more conservative) recommendation would be to replace any faulty TVS diodes but that requires a higher skill level and appropriate tools.
