Hi there everyone, I have a question, I recently brought a logic LCD TV, now when I recorded something on a tape, and want to play it back it goes well, but when I want to fast forward the advertisements, or in general a blue screen appears, and the video does forward on, but I cant see where im at, does anyone here have similar problems with there logic?

Also how can I get my TV sound to play through my surround sound?

Also in general is this logic a good brand for lcd TV’s, or did I wasted my money?

Tanks a lot.

Do you have an amp for surround sound?
Logik would not be many people's first choice in TV's, but I know of 2 people who have the smaller 32lcd and they say it's fine for now, cheap cheap.......
Do you have a video machine connected to the TV via? what cables?

I have no amp, don’t know if its build in the DVD player, my video machine works fine for recording, playback, but when you want to fast forward the screen goes blue, and I cant see where im at, I connected it via the antenna cable, then I used those red yellow and white cables, and it did the same.

any help?

I think whats happening here is that when you are fast forwarding the cassette the picture gets heavily distorted therefore this is making the TV to display the blue screen that it supposed to display when there is no signal. I'm sure there is some option in the menu to turn the blue screen off:).

Also I just want to know, I only watch sabc TV and dstv on my TV nothing else, what one is best then full hd or hd ready?

For how long would one be able to watch at an hd ready TV, when one must buy an full hd, or will it never happen? I have an 37 inch atm.

ps does any of you guys lcd tvs do this blue screen thing?

The only time mine shows blue screen is when I change to another device, screen goes blue for couple of seconds like when I switch from blu Ray to DVD player or media centre.
