I've been struggling to login with my email... the app says it doesn't recognize my email but I can't create another account using that same email address, citing it already being registered. When I call the customer service number I either find myself waiting for a long time or until my airtime depletes, to get service from a consultant; or I am told they will look into the matter and get back to me but none of those suggestions have been applied. This is so annoying. Please help.
