I feel stupid, I have lost my login for my ADSL router. Can someone tell me what to do?

Look for the factory reset button hole, keep it in while the router is powered on and it should reset to either
admin : admin
admin : password

Firstly, change your user name on the forum here unless you want thousands of spam mails in your inbox.

Then, call your isp and get it reset. Should be a simple process of authenticating who you are, billing/id/address etc.

Edit, this is for your line, if its just router login then do what simm_card said
