Logitech Harmony One Remote

My only gripe is that this remote doesn’t feel as responsive as the devices’ proprietary remotes, but it does make it easier to control the numerous devices connected to my TV.

It's an awesome remote and I got my PS3 adaptor this week so I finally have one remote to command them all!

I've had a few universal remotes, my first being this Marantz monster http://www.hometoys.com/htinews/apr98/reviews/rc2000.htm weighing in at 300g

But this Logitec is different in the fact that it uses Activity based (watch TV, Watch digital movie etc). If programmed right up front, you'll never need to switch devices while using it.

I have the Harmony 1000 - love it - got it set up with all sorts of Activities, like Watch DVD (Night) - it then turns off the lights when the DVD starts, and turns it back on at the end, as well as when you pause the DVD

I have a Harmony 525 I bought with my ebucks 2 years or so ago.

Overall the remote is a little slower than the real ones, especially with the TV, but still I can't be without it. Its a nice little remote, It doesn't have rf but it still works well.

My only real gripe is the web app. Its slow and incredibly unfriendly.It took me ages to figure out basic stuff like setting intervals between commands to allow the tv to switch one before it starts changing channels on it.

I got me this one, Kameleon 6 in 1, got it from the UK wayyy before it could come out here, had PVR on it when we didnt even hear about it, lol
