One camera doesn't work and the other one, sound doesn't work

Now normally Logitech's stuff is robust. I am asking because I am considering helping you. Were these things dropped or what happened here? Seem quite well made and also expensive
Let me switch them on, They just stopped working. I will give full feedback just now.
It's saying the camera is not identified.

OK there's a lot of info about this on the internet, it does this after a while. Hard reset is apparently what's needed
