Hi guys i noticed in the difficult choices thread that you guys were talking bout steering wheels and I thought I'd make a thread for my Logitech(notice I added the "and others" part to not be cruel)

So I have the Logitech Momo Racing Force, and I think my setup is a bit crap though, my desk a bit too high or something and and maybe I should fine tune the settings of the wheel(deadzone etc(don't even know what it is)).

Now I don't know if it is just me but I've used my wheel in NFSU2, at first it was a bit getting used to, afterwards it was second nature, but in Most Wanted, Carbon and Pro Street it was a bit different, in Most Wanted it was fine but I noted that if your car goes airborne and as soon as you land the car spins out, a friend suggested that I let my go of my petrol while I'm airborne, but I'm yet to try it. In Pro Street it just felt wierd, but then again I think its the game itself coz if you use your keyboard it feels like your driving with a brick, but I haven't played the game much yet.
Next up is Flatout 2, and probably Ultimate Carnage since its the same thing, but this game is great with the steering wheel, no problems, my friend belives that we should only play Flatout with the wheel lol.

But anyways anybody else got something steering wheel related to talk about or give some advice on deadzone, forcefeedback, etc setups for different games and different steering wheels please feel free to state it here.

I like the Momo in more serious racing games, but in games like NFS it just wasn't fun. Their force feedback sucked, and it was like driving with a huge delay. For those the old joystick worked much better. Force feedback in Richard Burns Rally was still the best.

If I setup the wheel on my current setup, I am forced into a position that is way too upright to be comfortable for long :/ The table also has a support beam at the bottom, so I can't move the pedals too far forward, or my feet kick into the support :p
