Logitech MX Master unavailibilty in SA

Does anyone know why it's almost impossible to find the Logitech MX master Bluetooth mouse right now? It was everywhere I looked but now that I actually want to buy one everyone is out of stock.

Rectron told me they'll have stock of the MX Master 3 in Jan next year. I ordered a 2S from Loot, apparently packed and waiting for shipping. It's taken ages.

Shipments are coming in, but production in places have been scaled accordingly so it is more a logistics-patterned redistribution cycle we are in. Some places take priority allocation, others are in the queue. The markets speak.
