So... My G9X started doing weird things and I emailed Logitech about it.

To cut things short, I don't have the POP but upon sending pics of the mouse and serials, they are sending me a G600 as replacement.
I don't have any need for the myriad of buttons but it still seems like a good mouse.

I just want to say what a great experience I had dealing with them, and this kind of service should be mentioned.

dude- that is an awesome mouse. I could seriously use more buttons. Please dont tell me you're going to use that for excel, because then I'll just kill myself right now.

they are very nice pooky Logitech replaced my G35 dint ask for the old ones back.(I was like wtf)

Sell the G600 and buy a G9x.

Logitech provide the best service in the industry. Swapped out faulty Z-4 swapouts, for my faulty Z-4 speakers, for Z-2300s.

Yeah I thought it was a bit strange too.

The first pictures I sent in they wouldn't accept as I had resized them in Photoshop and they looked at the EXIF so I had to take more and upload them directly.

BTW what went wrong with your Z-4's? Mine are still going strong.

The satellites would crackle when adjusting the volume. Then I think there was distortion in the left satellite of the swap outs. Sold the ones that crackled, as Logitech didn't require me to return them. They're still playing beautifully, 3+ years later.

I've got that problem with my x530's unfortunately they are at least 6 years old now.

Yesterday afternoon they said they ordered the replacement and I have just received an email with my tracking number sent via UPS.
