Last week my G35 lost one of the ear-cups , it broke loose some how ( wire was still attached and working). I rang up logitech and ask if they can replace it , they are like under a year old. He said give me the serial number, he didn't ask for a invoice and he said he will call me back....10min later he wanted my address. Told him we live on a farm it would be easier to drop at X location. So he took it.He even I don't have to send it the old pair :wtf: so today I went to pickup the new pair such great service from them.
Can't ask for better !
